(Product Photo) This range of multi place mantles is designed for use in distillation, extraction and kjeldahl work. Each of the 3 or 6 place units has temperature regulators to allow comparitive studies and an overall power consumtion meter allows general monitoring of the complete unit. Support rods are include and clamp connections to the rear allow custom scaffolding to be used. The casing surface is of stainless steel with excellent chemical esistance and the overhang design eliminates spill problems on the main body. Temperature control is by bimetallic method. Thermal insulation is achieved using moulded silica and surface temperatures of the casing are extremely low. Heating elements are covered with a soft fibre galss matting and the close fit to the flasks ensures good heat transmission.
